Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy
THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS!
If you wish to withdraw from the Mill City Triathon (MCT) you may receive a refund or event credit to a future MCT event. You must notify us in writing or email. Please email [email protected] your intent to withdraw and meet one of the following scenarios:
1) If for any reason, you notify MCT more than 45 days prior to the start of the event of your withdrawal you mat receive a 100% refund of your entry fee minus a 5% processing fee. If it is less than 45 day prior but not less than 14 days, you may receive a 50% refund of your entry fee. We can NOT refund your entry if it is less than 14 days until the event.
2) If you have a medical reason and need to withdrawal, you will need to provide a signed doctors letter advising us that you are not able to compete. This letter must be received by MCT 10 days prior to the event in order for you to receive a 100% entry refund minus a 5% processing fee.
3) If a member of your immediate family has a death or a medical emergency and it is within 10 days of the scheduled event, you will need to notify us in writing or email. The race director will consider each request on a case by case basis for refunds or transfers of your event registration.
Event entry/bibs are not transferable to another person unless you contact MCT directly. USA Triathlon Insurance – one day passes will not be included in your transfer and the new participant will need to provide proof of USA Triathlon membership or pay the $15 one day fee at packet pickup.
Returned checks or declined credit cards will incur a $25 processing fee
